ONLY TEACHERS WHO ARE 2008 FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF SUZUKI MUSIC MAY ENTER STUDENTS FOR
CONCERTS
This is an opportunity for students of secondary school age to perform for their family and friends,
gaining more valuable performing experience.
Students should be entered to perform a piece which is already at concert standard at the time
of submitting this form. No changes to pieces can be made after the closing date. All details must
be entered on the reverse side of this form, including durations. Please also indicate your ability to
help on the day.
Students wishing to utilize the service of the official accompanist listed below should contact the
accompanist at least 2 weeks prior to the concerts to enable a rehearsal to be organised. The
accompanist may decline to accompany any student who does not attend a rehearsal.
Students wishing to provide their own accompanist may do so but should select the
unaccompanied concert time.
To avoid paying late fees for all your students please ensure this form is submitted by the closing
date. If you are awaiting payment from one or two families please submit the rest of your entries
on time so only late families are penalized.
