The Leader in Minor League Sports
TM
More than
79,659,041
fans attended
minor league baseball, basketball, hockey or football
in 2004 (*Complete basketball numbers were not
available.).
There are several million more major
league fans engaged in fantasy/rotisserie
baseball, or who follow their teams' farm
systems. We estimate our potential audience at
around 85 million people in 2005, including
expanding basketball and the increasing interest in
baseball by people from international markets.
MLN Sets The Standard.
Our slogan "Minor League. MAJOR ATTITUDETM"
means that we apply the standards, look and feel of
a major league sports magazine to a minor league
publication. We've avoided the cookie-cutter look that
publications have adopted to automate news on the
internet because readers enjoy the print-format better.
MLN Sports Zone is still the only four-sport, all-minor
league news magazine. Our MLN-The Raw FeedTM is
the first all-sport, all-minor league news syndicate of
its kind. In 2005, we raised the bar again with new
sections on sports history, sports travel, and
ticketing to reshape the industry by increasing interest
in regional sports.
We know minor league sports better
than anyone else. We've covered the
65 leagues and 867 teams that
operate now or have come and
gone in the last five years.
We can tell you that, while Hockey
may be the doghouse sport of the
majors, it is not to be overlooked
here.
More importantly, we know how to
reach these audiences better than
anyone else.
The hand-picked stories that we
select are designed for maximum
appeal to the very different tastes
and sensibilities of the minor league
sports market.
