All ads are FLAT RATE.
There are two types of ads: Section and Article. Section ads are flat rate MONTHLY;
Article ads are flat-rate ONE-TIME charge. Just as print ads work in column inches,
we work in the pixel-inch. There are 72 pixels per inch on a computer monitor. To
factor the cost of an ad, multiple the height times the width times the ad rate per pixel:
PIXEL HEIGHT x PIXEL WIDTH x RATE = COST
120 x 600 x 0.00486 = $349.92

To translate to the print world, an ad 420hx700w would be "full page", 210x350
would be a "half-page" and 105x175 would be 1/4 page. We work with the
current state of the average monitor's "standard" setting, which is based on
800x600 screens, with allowance for older computers that display below that level.
Agency Cooperation.
We offer cooperation to qualified advertising agencies. For more
information, contact your sales rep.
Billing & Payment
All first orders must be PREPAID. COD with artwork unless you have an account with
us. Ask your sales rep for an account application. Once your account is approved,
you will be billed monthly, NET 30. Accounts forty-five (45) days past due incur a
prime+3.00% monthly service charge. Accounts past due more than sixty (60) days will
be deemed delinquent, and subject to unpaid ads being removed from the magazine. If
your creative is removed after sixty days, you will have to pay a $25.00 restoration fee
in addition to the fees and service charges imposed.
