Economic analyst and staff real estate appraiser of Coyle, Lynch
& Company.

Mr. Coyle is an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
PROPERTY TYPES EVALUATED:
Mr. Coyle has applied his appraisal expertise to a wide range of
valuation problems. Property types in which Mr. Coyle has
assisted in the appraisal process include manufacturing plants,
office buildings, and various types of commercial properties.
EDUCATION:
Mr. Coyle is the recipient of a Bachelor of Business
Administration from the Sellinger School of Business and
Management of Loyola College in Maryland. He has also
completed course work presented by the Appraisal Institute.
SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:
Mr. Coyle has participated in assignments throughout the
Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, and the State of Texas for
private individuals, corporations, law firms, and lending
institutions in connection with the sale and acquisition of real
estate; mortgage financing; ad valorem, and estate tax litigation;
condemnation matters; and portfolio management.
