When I order an acoustic upright or grand piano
from Costco or Costco.com, how does it get to
my Home, School, Church or Performing Arts
Center?
It's easy and simple. We take care of everything!
Here's how it works:
1.
Phone Confi rmation
Within a few days of placing your piano order,
you will receive a phone call from a member of
our Suzuki Customer Support staff confi rming
your order.
2.
Customer Care Package
Within one week of your order, you will receive
an envelope in the mail with the following
contents:
· Acoustic Piano Registration Card
· Care and Maintenance Booklet
· Warranty Information
· Tuning Authorization (T/A) Sheet
· Informational Brochure on your
piano model
3.
Delivery Date
Four to six weeks from your order placement,
you will receive a phone call to alert you to
the approximate date your new piano will be
delivered.
(Please Note: If you ordered a player
piano system with your acoustic grand piano,
please allow six to eight weeks for delivery).
4.
Delivery Appointment
Th e driver will contact you to arrange a
convenient day and time frame for delivery of
your new piano.
5.
Delivery, Setup and
Box Removal
On the day of delivery, our professional
piano moving team will bring your new piano into
your Home, School, Church or
Performing Arts Center. It will be
carefully unboxed and setup. All
boxes and packing materials will
then be removed and taken away.
6.
Final Tuning & Inspection
After you have received your new
piano, it is necessary for a professional piano tuner to
tune, regulate and inspect your piano one fi nal time.
Th is service is included at no charge. Simply call our
Customer Support Department at the toll free phone
number listed below. Give them the T/A number
from your customer care package that you received
by mail. An appointment will be made at your
convenience to fi nal tune and inspect your new piano.
Th en, it's ready to play!
7.
At Last!
A fi nal followup phone call will be made to
you from our Customer Support Staff to
confi rm that delivery, setup and tuning has
been performed. At this time, you should
mail back your Acoustic Piano Registration
Card found in the customer care package.
