The DigiPlex Centre offers a fully-manned reception
service from 8.00am to 6.00pm five days a week.
Reception staff provide friendly and professional access
to a range of office services and information. Contact

Recycling and waste
DigiPlex is committed to environmental protection where
possible and encourages recycling and energy conserva-
tion. We provide waste segregation facilities and manage
the disposal of waste according to statutory requirements
and customer preference.
Resilience

The DigiPlex Centre is built and serviced to provide com-
plete security of power supply and therefore, confidence
for our customers. We provide all low voltage alternating
current power supplies in an A+B configuration together
with extra low voltage DC power supplies on a customer
bespoke basis.
Resilience means that our Centre is designed robustly
to ensure that all our customers experience no effect
from power or telecomms failure. We recognise how
much impact even a few milli-seconds of system
downtime can have on your performance credibility
and profit margins, so our Centre provides the
back-up power, building services and connectivity
required.
Roof space
The DigiPlex Centre provides secure roof space suitable
for locating antennae, GSM, mirror satellite dishes and
similar equipment.
Security
There are several levels of security at our Centre including
physical, process, technological, environmental and busi-
ness continuity security.
Physical security includes on site security personnel, 24 x
365, who follow both our own rigorous procedures and any
additional processes specified by individual customers.
The site perimeter is protected by a security fence and an
access control gate. Reception staff also follow pre-defined
procedures, and our CCTV is continuously recorded.
Technological systems include access control at gates,
the main door and individual customer areas.
Continuous, recorded closed circuit television ensures
we monitor all movement within the building, while
movement and light detection systems, as well as
alarms, provide additional security. Customers can
also choose to upgrade to biometric scanning at the
entrance to individual areas.
Our security process controls are equally important.
These are not detailed here (for reasons of security;
please see page 1) but provide an additional human
element to guard against risks.
Environmental security and controls provide consistency
and reliability for optimum system performance.
Business continuity security is provided through our
commitment to full resilience of power and
telecommunications.
Customer confidentiality is equally important - whether
that is your intellectual property, use of our facilities or
any other information you share with us as a customer or
as part of an enquiry.
