Digiplex - 3brochure 04
All of our services are provided to meet the individual
requirements of our customers and articulated in service
level agreements which document mutual expectations.
Demonstration facilities
Combining conference rooms and system space, the DigiPlex
Centre is ideally positioned to act as a demonstration centre
for hardware manufacturers and software suppliers. We also
have a fully conditioned module which emulates the infra-
structure, working conditions and equipment of companies.
Design and fit-out
Where required, DigiPlex provides customers with an
expert design and/or fit-out service to ensure that
facilities are planned to optimum standards whether
customers seek large or small amounts of space.
Computer-Aided Design professionals support customer
needs from rack planning to fully specified modules.
DigiPlex will also fit-out facilities on your behalf, manage
your own architects, designers or contractors or simply
facilitate the process. We have pre-qualified a range of
suppliers who conform to our rigorous best practice criteria
and who will work to either a specification provided by you
or prepared by our expert CAD team.
The DigiPlex Centre provides clean, prepared space
which is ready to be fitted out by you or DigiPlex to your
own specifications.
Disaster Recovery programmes
The DigiPlex Centre is ideally suited for use as a back-up
location in business continuity programmes and in disaster
recovery scenarios. Combining dedicated system space
with fully serviced office facilities, we offer the capability
for full operation at immediate notice. In addition, we can
provide `back-up to the back-up' within a separate
building if required.
Environmental controls
The DigiPlex Centre is equipped with environmental
control services which are adapted to meet diverse
customer demands, whether they are high or low power
users. All our key assets are selected from the best
available in the field and are either replicated in the
design or otherwise designed with inherent redundancy.
For customers seeking conditioned space rooms and
space ready equipped with environmental control infra-
structure, such as chilling and power supplies DigiPlex
starts with the `company standard' of 24
