Cleaning
The DigiPlex Centre is operated as a clean environment suit-
able for the operation of technical equipment. Air-condition-
ing systems and filtration support this status. However, as
with all our services, we are dedicated to a bespoke solution
and will provide additional or specialist levels of cleaning to
customers within individual areas on request.
Conditioned space
(see also cages and racks)
Conditioned space is a term emanating from the IT and
telecomms industries and describes suites, modules and
rooms which are ready prepared for customers' servers
or telecomms equipment and therefore accelerate speed
to market. With raised floors, floor or ceiling power sup-
plies, and low voltage power availability in climate-con-
trolled environments, the DigiPlex Centre offers
a full range of conditioned space, as well as single racks
and cages.

Connectivity and carriers
The DigiPlex Centre facilitates multiple connections to
local and international carriers including Telenor,
Sonera/Telia, UPC, Bane Tele, Tele Danmark and many
other networks. Despite this ready provision, we are also
committed to true carrier-neutral connectivity-meaning
that we have no vested financial or other interest in your
choice of either an existing provider or a new one.
Connectivity to networks is facilitated via shared
`carrier connectivity rooms', which also enable
telecomms back-up services via alternative providers and
therefore an additional level of customer resilience.
Customer support services
DigiPlex offers a range of services to support your
systems, processes and people via our own personnel,
pre-qualified suppliers or strategic partners.
Design and project management: We provide support
from conception through to operation and upgrade.
Our experts can advise on CAD space planning, procuring
and installing essential boards and cards or planning and
configuring your architecture. At the same time, we can
undertake a full design and fit-out service on your behalf
including installation of equipment and cabling and
testing prior to commissioning.
Operations support: When systems are up and running,
we provide troubleshooting expertise on demand: our
technical engineers monitor mechanical and electrical
services round the clock and report on any faults in your
equipment. As a further service we can provide 24 hour
`smart hands' support to help with tape swaps, system
monitoring and other applications.
Business and office services: We also support people,
providing furniture, phones, faxes, photocopiers and a
raft of other office-based services.
