This Annual EEO Report is filed to fulfill compliance with the FCC's EEO reporting
requirements. WMET Radio is owned and operated by IDT Corporation and is located in
the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Period: This report covers the period from June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007.

Job Vacancy Information
WMET is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to meeting their EEO
obligations. Full-time job vacancies are posted with several sources, including national
and local organizations and newspapers. WMET maintains and updates a list of
recruitment sources and invites organizations that distribute employment information to
be placed on our mailing list to receive notification of future vacancies. WMET seeks to
disseminate information about job openings as widely as possible.
Record-Keeping
In compliance with the EEO record-keeping requirements, WMET creates a file for each
position to be filled. The file contains copies of all sources used to recruit candidates for
the position. These procedures require approval from the station's General Manager and
the applicable Department Head, in coordination with IDT Corporation's Human
Resources Department, prior to extending a job offer. When long-term recruitment
initiatives and activities take place, these are documented, including nature and date of
each activity, the scope of WMET's participation and the names and titles of personnel
involved.
Vacancy-Specific Recruitment Information:
During the period covered by this report, WMET had one vacancy for full-time positions
at the station. WMET's parent company, IDT Corporation, initiated a hiring freeze early
in 2006 and waived the freeze for this one vacancy fulfillment.
The following table presents information on this vacancy and recruitment sources used to
fill it. The numerical references in the table regarding recruitment sources refer to the
numbered Recruitment Source List attached as Exhibit A to this report. As of this date,
no organizations have requested that WMET provide them with notification of job
vacancies.
