Prices
All prices are expressed in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of vat at the prevailing rate.
Acknowledgement of orders
All orders will be acknowledged. Please check acknowledgments and contact customer services as soon as possible if there are any
variances to your order. ACF cannot be held responsible for customer errors or omissions.
Ordering procedure
All orders must be placed in writing and include the following:
a - product code b - fabric range and colour code c - quantity
d - delivery address e - desired delivery date f - required accessories - where applicable
g - special instructions
Specification
Dimensions are approximate and are in millimetres. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the colours reproduced in brochures are
accurate, precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the fabric swatch for critical colour comparison.
ACF reserve the right to make, without any notice, any changes to materials, specifications or design of the products which it
considers to be reasonable or desirable and such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract.
Every effort will be made by the company to match colour and materials, the company cannot guarantee that no variation in such
colour or materials may occur.
The company reserves the right to amend or change the pricing structure within this publication.
Wood finishes
Standard wood options are natural beech, light oak and cherry.
In situations where consistency of colour is essential, it can be colour matched as a special service. Please contact customer services
for information.
Guarantee
The Company's warranty and guarantee is valid only to products supplied in mainland UK and given subject to the products being
used for the purpose for which they are designed, with the exception of fair wear and tear."
All products supplied are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship from the date of delivery as follows:
Structural parts (excluding upholstery and moving mechanical parts) under fit for purpose use for a period of five years.
Upholstery or moving mechanical parts under normal fit for purpose use and service for a period of two years
Product in 24 hour use will be limited to 12 months guarantee
The warranty and guarantee is invalid where:
i) Repairs are carried out by a third party without the prior written consent of the manufacturer
ii) The original goods have not been paid for
iii) The original goods have not been properly maintained or have been subject to misuse, unauthorised repair, replacement,
modification or alteration
Direct delivery
Direct deliveries can be made on behalf of our customer subject to clearance by our Sales Office. This is to premises at ground floor
level only and apply to sites that lie within our normal delivery areas. Please contact our sales office for a quotation.
Cancellation
We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation of order except on terms, which will indemnify us against loss. We are unable to
accept cancellations 5 days or less prior to the due date.
Customers' own material
Where possible we recommend all fabrics conform, depending on application, to the appropriate British Standards.
Disclaimer: When the customers own material does not conform to the above standards, upholstery is on the understanding that the
customer accepts full responsibility for local authority fire regulations.
ACF cannot accept responsibility for performance of any fabric supplied, unless tested and accepted by ACF in writing. The two-year
warranty may be invalid.
Fast Track
Indicated products can be produced on the Fastrack where ACF will meet a lead time of three working days.This is dependant upon
your cut off. For exact delivery times refer to your internal sales advisor.
