You are not permitted to modify the source code of the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software for any purposes whatsoever. You are not permitted to copy and
redistribute it. You may not alter, merge, adapt, modify, translate, decompile,
disassemble or reverse engineer the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software or
documentation. You may not transfer the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software in part
or whole to any one else.
You acknowledge and agree that except for the user license granted in this
Agreement, all other rights, and all title and interest in and to the Mobile Mail
Manager
TM
Software and related documentation remain the sole and exclusive
property of Birla Technologies Limited, including all patent, copyright, trade
secret, trademark and other proprietary rights therein, and that you will not derive
or assert any title or interest in or to such Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software or
related documentation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you do
not receive any rights to any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or
other intellectual property rights to the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software or related
documentation.
You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary
notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software. This
Agreement does not authorize you to use the Birla Technologies Limited name or
any of its trademarks.
Birla Technologies Limited may terminate any license granted herein if you fail to
comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon the termination of a license for
any reason, you must promptly return to Birla Technologies Limited or destroy all
copies of the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software and related documentation
covered by the license.
