related documentation. The willingness of Birla Technologies Limited to license

Software is expressly conditional on your
acceptance of all of the terms of this Software License Agreement.

Software is available only in a commercial version
and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The commercial
version of the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software requires the payment of a license
fee by you.
This copy of Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software may be used on only one machine
in your premises. The Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software is to be made available
only to your employees. Any other persons or entities do not have the right to use
or have access to the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software.
The copyright laws of India and certain International Copyright Conventions
protect the Mobile Mail ManagerTM Software and documentation. There are
severe penalties, both civil and criminal, for copyright infringement. You cannot
copy all or any part of the Mobile Mail Manager

Software or related
documentation. You agree that the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes concerning in any manner the Mobile Mail
Manager
TM
Software or arising out of this Agreement.
In the case the Mobile Mail Manager

Software and related documentation are
being provided as an upgrade, patch or update to an earlier licensed release of
the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software, then you must have a valid license to
operate such earlier release of the same version as the upgrade to install or use
the upgrade. All Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software being upgraded is deemed to
be part of the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software that is subject to this Agreement.
