Important Notice - Terms & Conditions of Software License
This Software License Agreement governs the use of the Mobile Mail Manager

software, irrespective of whether or not any user thereof has expressed notice of
the terms and conditions herein. Upon ordering, installing or using any version of
the Mobile Mail Manager

Software, you are confirming that you agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal contract, between you and/or any user and Birla
Technologies Limited that specifies the terms of the license including warranty
conditions and limitations for the Mobile Mail Manager
TM
Software and related
documentation. As a means of giving you express notice of this Agreement and
as a part of the installation process you will be asked to accept the terms of this
Agreement. Before installing or using the Mobile Mail Manager

Software you
should carefully read the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to
these terms, you are required to promptly delete and destroy all copies of the

possession. In such circumstances, you would be required to provide certification
