Statement Of Expenditure
The statement of expenditure of the BIMS Module is used to generate the
statement of expenditure.
When you click on statement of expenditure from the Reports menu the following
screen appears.
This Report is used to get report on statement of expenditure.
Select budget head; select quarter, select controlling head (Central/Local), Enter
address for Forwarded. Select signing authority (When signing authority check
box is checked, the authority combo is enabled).
On clicking the
PRINT
button, the report is generated.
On clicking
CANCEL
, the form is closed.
