Status Of Bills
The status of bills of the BIMS Module is used to generate the query of status of
bills.
When you click on status of bills from the Queries menu the following screen
appears.
This query is used to view status of bills.
Select Budget head/ Grant from the budget-head tree-window and select period.
Select option order placed/outstanding bills/Cleared bills. By default, order placed
is selected.
On clicking
SHOW
button, the query result will be displayed in the grid, as per the
selected options.
On clicking
CANCEL
, the form is closed.
