Summary Of Expenditure
The summary of expenditure of the BIMS Module is used to generate the query of
summary of expenditure.
When you click on overall view of budget allocation from the Queries menu the
following screen appears.
This query is used to view summary of expenditure.
Select Budget head/ Grant from the budget head tree window and select period
or the financial year.
On clicking
SHOW
button, the query result will be displayed in the grid, as per the
selected options.
On clicking
CANCEL
, the form is closed.
