Proposal Management
The Proposal Management of the BIMS Module is used for viewing, adding or
editing Proposal Management. By default, it shows the last updated record.
When you click on "Item Proposal Management" from the Transactions menu the
following screen appears.
Adding a Proposal
To add a new Proposal, follow the steps given below.
Click the
NEW
button from the toolbar.
1. All the earlier records are cleared and new rec ords can be added.
2. Select a Budget Head from the Budget Head Tree Window. The
selected budget head is displayed in the label on main form.
3. Click the Proposal Tab if it is not selected.
4. Enter Proposal Amount, Proposal Date, Purpose and Reference.
5. Select Ex penditure Category, Department from the respective combo
box.
6. Select Status. If Status Accepted is selected then only you can move
to the other
TAB
screen like Booked Amount.
7. Select Proposed by Personnel number. Rank and Name of the
selected Personnel number is displayed.
8. Press the
PROPOSED ITEMS
button to enter details items proposed.
Proposed item screen is shown below.
