Financial Powers Of CO
The Financial Powers of CO of the BIMS Module is used for viewing, adding or
editing a Financial Powers of CO. By default, it shows the last updated record.
When you click on "Item Financial Powers of CO" from the Masters menu the
following screen appears.
Adding the Financial Power Master
To add a new Financial Powers of CO, follow the steps given below.
Click the
NEW
button from the toolbar.
1. All the earlier records are cleared and new records can be added.
2. Select a Purpose head from drop down combo or enter a new
Purpose Head.
3. Enter the Purpose in Textbox.
4. In the Grid, select Authority from the drop down list and enter Amount
With concurrence, Amount Without concurrence and Remarks. For
entering more than one record here, press
TAB
.
5. Click
SAVE
button to save the record.
6. For adding more Financial Powers of CO (Purpose), click
ADD
button
and, follow the same procedure mentioned above.
To View the Financial Powers Of Co
To view a budget Head, follow the steps given below
Click the
VIEW
button on the toolbar and the Search Screen will appear.
1. Clicking on the button will display all records.
