Click on
ADD
button to add a criterion. If you want to edit the same criteria, then
click on the Edit field and then click on Update. You can cancel criter ia selection
by clicking on Clear.

Once you are sure of the criteria, click Search button. All records that match the
criteria would be displayed. Click the Select button to select a particular row of
data. Details of the record are then would be displayed on the form. The Stop
button stops the further search of matching data in case there are more records.
If no records are found then a message "No records found" is displayed. Click on
Close button to close the Search Screen and go back to main form
