Search Screen
To search for a particular record, follow the steps given below
Click the View button on the toolbar. The following screen appears.
1. Clicking on the search button will display all records from the appropriate table.
2. If you click on the label, it will sort the records in the ascending order of the column
selected. This is applicable to all the columns displayed.
3. If you want to search a record with a particular value then the following steps need to
be carried out.

Go to the field name. Select any option from the list.

Go to the Operator field. Select any operator from the list, in this case `='. There
are other operators like >, >=, <, <=, <> and `Like'. If the record to be searched
starts with a particular alphabet or number then use the `Like' Operator. For
example, lets assume that the record we wish to search starts with A. Select
`Like' and in value field type `A'.

Go to the Value field and type the relevant value.

If you want to search records for multiple criteria then you can use the Logical
Operators (And, Or).
