Ownership
City Care Limited is a limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Act 1993. The
company is wholly owned by Christchurch City Holdings Limited, a company 100% owned by
Christchurch City Council.
Principal activities
The company's principal activities during the year were:
· maintenance of amenity assets including water and wastewater, parks and trees and cleaning,
· facilities management,
· construction of infrastructure assets including roading and civil, and
· provision of asset management services.
Dividend
A final dividend of $216,000 in respect of the year ended 30 June 2005 was paid on 8 September
2005. There was no interim dividend paid in respect of the 2006 financial year.
