18. Proposals. The Subcontractor's written estimate, proposal, or request for change
order shall include, at a minimum, the following:
a.
The firm fixed price including all applicable taxes, fees, etc.
b.
The estimated schedule.
c.
Confirmation that the terms and conditions of this Agreement govern.
d.
A clearly defined and descriptive narrative of the work included, not
included, model numbers, manufacturers names, etc.
e.
Anticipated working conditions, hours, facility services available for use,
and what the job site conditions are assumed to be like.
f.
What contract documents were utilize in the preparation of the estimate
including, but not limited to, drawing numbers and dates, revision numbers,
specification sections, etc.
19. Bonds. If the project requires a bid, payment, and performance bond the
subcontractor will be notified of such in advance such that he can include the
provisions for such in his estimate/proposal.
20. Utilities. Unless Subcontractor is informed in advance of the project start, or
elsewhere in the Contract Documents Subcontractor can not assume that potable
water, convenience power, lighting, restroom facilities, i.e. "facility services," are
available for use. In general, subcontractor shall verify the use and availability
of "facility services," and the like, prior to submission of the estimate.
21. Retention. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance, clearly specified on
the written proposal and initialed on behalf of UDC, a ten (10) percent retention
will be held.
22. Contract
Documents. Subcontractor shall review all Contract Documents,
including the prime contract documents, and any and all changes thereof such
that it is fully informed and aware of conditions and any requirements.
