and online retailer that markets gift, housewares,
gardening, Christmas and children's products. The
Company is one of the largest specialty catalogs in
the United States and over 39 million Americans
recognize our name. Our eight catalog titles are:
Lillian Vernon, Favorites Everything Under $20,
Lillian Vernon Gardening, Lilly's Kids, Personalized
Gifts, Christmas Memories, Rue de France and
Sales and Bargains. Our two websites are

During our fiscal year which ended February 23,
2002, we mailed over 162 million catalogs in 37
editions, received over 4 million orders and
introduced 2,500 new products. The Company also
customizes products for the Business-to-Business
market. We have 16 outlet stores in Delaware,
New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont
and Virginia, and 2 Rue de France stores in Rhode
Island. We employ over 5,300 people during our
peak season.
