adopted for Fiscal 1998, pro forma revenues, net income and earnings per share would have been $296,477, $9,578, and $1.00,
respectively, for the year ended February 28, 1998. Similarly, pro forma revenues, net income and earnings per share would
have been $297,104, $3,182, and $.35, respectively, for the year ended February 27, 1999 and $280,092, $6,161, and $.67
respectively, for the year ended February 26, 2000.
